Playa Macao is the maiden project for the Llavador/Paradigm venture

Playa Macao is a boutique hotel, spa and residences project in Dominican Republic, comprised of over 300 units, beachfront on Playa Macao, 20 minutes north of the Punta Cana airport. Llavador & Partners were project designers and architects for this project, initiated in 2008 and put on hold as a result of the 2009 resort market.
