Evaluating the client project(s) and/or portfolio, evaluating buy/sell strategies and preparation of a business plan, taken together, represent the greatest "value add" of the services PARADIGM provides, using many of our Business Plans as a basis for an Offering Memorandum to assist in funding or financing, with the confidence that the information is accurate and timely.
PARADIGM's experience provides the skills and knowledge to manage acquisition and divestiture processes, including and directing third party service providers, legal, accounting/financial, environmental, structural and architectural professionals, who may be required to evaluate potential investments.
Portfolio & Investment Review
Benchmarking and assessment of the life cycle of assets, competitive position, liquidity and risk review of specific properties, asset classes, or porfolio diversification, to ensure optimal cash flow and value preservation. Review of client service providers and/or personnel to evaluate ongoing operational capabilities and establish appropriate structures for follow-up.

We have an experienced perspective and managment acumen to assist clients in evaluating corporate structure, personnel suitability, leaderships skills, succession planning and training programs.
